under construction Women at Work!

Regular visitors to our site may be noticing some potentially confusing changes that we’d like to clarify.

As always, we are working to make the site easier for customers to use and search engines to read.  As part of this process we are experimenting with new navigation (“Lunapads” has been divided into “Pads & Liners” & “Pantyliners“, and “Lunapanties” is now “Underwear“), as well as some temporary changes to the typeface and content on the home page.  Liners (the product, not the old section) are now available in Pads & Liners as well as Underwear.

A little SEO work huh? ;) On that note you outta have someone swap around your title tag in your WordPress template, “post title – blog archive – Lunapads”

Feel free to contact me if you want to know how to easily do it through the WP interface!

    Blessings!

That’s a fantastic suggestion, Terri – thanks! Not sure if I have access to make this change myself, but I will definitely investigate further.

    Done!
    Thanks again, Terri

Hey, gals at Lunapads! :) I haven’t used your pads before (yet?) but I got my Divacup last month, and I am just in love with it! Might have to get some pads from you guys before long, though. The heavy days are kinda rough on my cup. :-/

Anyway, since I might be going abroad, and because of the alternate menstrual products’ benefit to the environment, I started looking into alternatives to toilet paper today.

Found out about “family cloths” and they are cleaned similar to cloth diapers… So I wondered if you might carry them, or have affiliations with a family cloth company…. not seeing that, so far.

What do you think about family cloths and cloth diapers, and do you think lunapads will swap links with such companies, in the future?

It’s kind of like how I came across Diva and Lunapads… out of curiosity and tired of the status quo, looking for alternative ways to deal with adding to the pile (so to speak).

    Hi Komadori,
It is so funny you mention family cloth, since I was just having this discussion with the Lunagals only a few weeks ago. We can certainly do family cloth, and will put it on our to do list. As for cloth diapers, we dabbled briefly with that and realized very quickly that many others make diapers way better than we ever could. But, we are planning to swap links with fantastic like minded businesses. Thanks for your input!

Thanks for the quick reply, Suzanne! :)

I am thinking about making my own “family cloths” once I go to Japan. (I’m currently living with family that are grossed out over any change in private habits… the cup is easily handled, but the cloths are decidedly a household choice, so no trials for me just yet!)

But I will be on the look out, in case you do make your own. As artistic as I like to be, sometimes, it’s just nice to be able to order it premade. :)

I have noticed your website was easier to navigate this time round, though I couldn’t work out why – thanks.

Yay! So glad to hear it, Emily.
