These sampler packs are a wonderful way for LunaLovers (like me!) to try out other fabric styles. I purchased a bunch of lunapads in one style, then decided I had to try out the Magenta Mandela. This package was the perfect way to do so. It also gives newcomers to Lunapads a chance to sample some of their best products to see what works for them. As with all the products I have tried on this site, I couldn't be more pleased, and I highly recommend them!!!

Well Hello Eco-Friendly Women of the World ! After learning of LunaPads in a Women's Studies class, there was no denying that I had to take a crack at these wild, wacky, and innovative menstruation products ! I really appreciate that their design is saving the world from collecting more garbage and there is something so personal and intimate about caring for your period in this way. You feel more connected to yourself when you have to wash your pads and come in contact with your sacred and divine femininity that society often brands as disgusting, inappropriate, and unclean. The sampler pack was a great way to give LunaPads a try....my only request : MORE ! It could make it easier to have at least 2 more pads so that you have plenty of supply to rely on and always have fresh, clean backups available so you don't have to wait to reapply a pad after you have washed and dried it. I ordered this kit, and an extra pantyliner. I really only use them on my lighter days, since I mostly use the Diva Cup. I do really like these though. I got the Magenta Organic ones, and the color is much deeper than it appears on the screen (which I love). I'm not a huge fan of the winged liner, but I use it as a backup, or for sleeping, since it does absorb more. The regular pad liner is great on those in-between days, when my period is tapering off, but a pantyliner isn't quite enough. That being said, the pantyliners are SO absorbent! Much more so than a disposable (or the ones I have used). They breathe, which is so nice. I do feel they are slightly bulky, which is usually not a big deal, but sometimes it does bunch up. I really want to try the LunaPanties, because I'm sure that wouldn't be a problem. (Posted on 9/15/11)

The sampler pack is perfect for trying cloth pads. I really like that you can change the liners or add as many as you need so that you can keep more clean throughout the day. I like that this set comes with a regular and winged liner for the maxi pad. I like to use the regular liner with the winged liner on top of it for exercising.....then I have no worries about leaks while moving around. This is a great product and is so much more comfortable than disposable pads and a whole lot healthier for you too. And as an added bonus....they are much better for the environment. I would get a couple extra winged liners and maybe some regular liners to go with this. Dark colors do not show stains as much, so if you are a person who gets grossed out by the thought of cloth pads.....just get a darker color and it won't seem so gross to you when you use it. Go ahead!.....try Lunapads whether this set or just a single maxi pad or another set.....try it for yourself....see what you think. (Posted on 9/15/11)

Well I was somewhat skeptical about trying cloth but I was recently diagnosed with a sensitivity to disposable so I really didn't have a choice. I must say I was quite impressed when I received my package. My products were extremely well made and the pantyliner felt like butter next to my skin. I was so confident I was going to really enjoy them I went ahead and ordered more the next day. Only complaint I have is the psychedahlia fabric for the pad was pictured with yellow ric rac bands which gives it a "pop" and what I received had black bands so it was just kind of blah looking.......but of course that won't effect functionality.
