Getting your Buying Club started: Tips and Suggestions

• Your club needs to have a leader who coordinates the order and ensures that all members of the club get what they want. In addition to being the primary point of contact with us, as the leader you will:
• Compile individual orders from members of your Buying Club to develop a "master order" or your buying club order.  
• Collect payment from other Buying Club members.
• Tip: to ensure you get the all the order information you need (such as size, fabric preference, etc.) ask members to shop online and send you a copy of their order according to the 'shopping cart'.  Use a spreadsheet to keep track of each individual order and monies owing to you, and if possible collect the money in advance.
• Have a shipping address that is accessible by the postal delivery service (Canada Post or US Postal Service).
• Unpack and check the master order against our invoice.
• Distribute the individual orders to your Club members. Tip: this can be a great opportunity for a fun girls night out.  Have your friends bring food and drinks, and open your orders together!
• Handle all returns (please follow the return instructions included with the order) and credits against the same credit card.
