Super Pad

I’ve been using these pads for a year now and just came back to stock up in more sizes to cover my whole cycle. My first two days are intensely heavy — I used to bleed through everything. These are the first pads that have actually kept up with me.

The only time I’ve had leaks is when I sleep on my stomach (they don’t have as much front coverage in that position), but for everyday wear and literally every other sleeping position? Zero issues. No leaks, no soggy feeling — just reliable, comfy protection. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and easy to clean, with no leaks yet! And Aisle’s customer service is *excellent* — kind and responsive. When one of the products arrived without a snap, they sent a replacement right away.

I bought one of these just to see how well they perform, but I think this size is simply too big for me, and occasionally slid around on my underwear. Before I make a final decision, I plan to get a couple smaller ones to be sure.

Really absorbent and doesn't smell or create a diaper rash. This is my go to product. It is hard to see how much you bled given it is black. I used these for a miscarriage given amount of blood and these held up pretty well. Also very comfortable, depending on type of fabric for underwear can slide around. To keep in place, I use Asiles hipsters with no issues.

This pad works quite well! I like the fact that the pad isn't too fitted against the underwear, instead it feels a bit more pillowy, like there's extra fabric around the edges, so less area for bleed-over to happen. My only complaint is the black color makes it hard to know when I need to change (I can't tell how much I've bled), but if I wear it overnight that's not really an issue. Overall I would definitely recommend the product.
