What our customers say about us

The thing was, tampons weren't cutting it for me. I had to constantly change them every three hours (I have a heavy flow) and I simply have too busy of a life to be concerned with stuffing my purse with extra tampons for every three hours that I'm out and about. I'm always on the go, and don't have time to have a changing routine. I tried the DivaCup simply because I could put it in, and leave it in for up to 12 hours. The first day, I put the DivaCup to the test; I worked ten hours that day. Of course, it was out of habit to check to see if I was leaking and sometimes I'd even have a habit of checking the clock like before. But nothing, I was good to go the entire day.

I work on my feet, and I'm constantly moving around, walking back and forth, up and down stairs, and always around people as well. I was slightly self-concious but as the day went on, I sort of forgot that I was on my period. At the end of the day I took out my Divacup, dreading a horrible clean up but it wasn't a horrible cleanup at all, it was actually rather easy. I think it's even less messy than the drippy tampons (hate to be graphic, but it's true). Inserting and removing was hard to do at first but now I'm just taking my time with it. It's an easier alternative than having to take bathroom breaks to inturrupt my day. I love it. I'd never go back. =) Thank you Divacup for changing my lifestyle and my period.

I have never been able to find a product that worked well for my lifestyle and menstrual flow but i was headed out for a three week bike trip and my period was falling right in the middle week, so i went on a mission! I was reading a blog by a women who is cycling the world and she had mentioned the DivaCup. I googled it and Lunapads.com came up so I ordered it and a Lunapad and I couldn't be happier!! I will never go back to tampons in fact I got a back up one just in case I dropped one down an out house or something.  Really i would recommend it to every women, I am now a serious seller to all my women friends! I would have never thought to look for something like this for environmental reasons, I had thought about how wasteful pads and tampons are but had never thought to look for something else until the prospect of biking for a week in the heat and camping on my period with leaky bulky tampons!!! Bottom line: BEST PRODUCT EVER!!!!!!!

My sister told me about cloth pads a few years ago after reading about them online. Like most people, I thought that it was extremely disgusting. Who in the world would want to reuse pads?  A few months ago, while looking at cloth baby diapers, II saw Lunapads, and got to thinking, really, what's the difference between cloth diapers and cloth pads? If you can use one you can certainly use the other. So after thinking on it for a while, I went ahead and ordered a small sampler kit of the Lunapads, and let me just say, I LOVE THEM. The difference between them and the Kotex I used to use is amazing. I hated getting my period because it was so uncomfortable, and pads made me feel dry and irritated. Well, I no longer dread it. I was more comfortable and I had hardly had any cramps for the entire time of my period. THANK YOU LUNAPADS!

I'm finally buying a Lunapads kit after 6 years of looking at them. I had made my own pads (still use them 6 years later) and use a DivaCup. Wanted some new pads and the cost of a kit vs. time spent making them + materials equals a savings! I've suffered painful periods (dysmenorrhea) since beginning my cycle at 11 years old. When I switched to the DivaCup and stopped using tampons, I noticed an immediate reduction in the level of cramping. Also the cloth pads help with general discomfort of menstruating: nice and soft against delicate skin and no moisture trapped to cause chaffing. And no more bulky bags of bleached pads to store! Thanks Lunapads for great products!

I had a miscarriage in May. I normally have a pretty positive view about my period - I love how it reminds me of the changes in time, and the feeling of renewal I have. This, however, was certainly not a happy event, and seeing the physical reminders throughout the day was devastating. Having my Lunapanties as something cozy and comforting against my skin was just a small thing I could do to ease what I was going through. I couldn't imagine having to use horribly scented and uncomfortable plastic pads during this time when I was feeling so fragile. Being able to wear the Lunapanties made me feel a little bit more like myself.

Cloth pads don't trap body heat. They are comfortable to wear and easy to take care of.
