Includes 1 Teeny Pantyliner

Lunapads Pantyliners are a simple, all-in-one design. They are our thinnest, most breathable option, and are meant to be used on their own. Removable Inserts cannot be added to increase their absorbency.

Teeny Pantyliners are 6” (15 cm) long and approx 2.5” (6 cm) wide when fastened.
Suitable for very light flow, spotting, backup protection, or for everyday leaks throughout the month.

Wing Extenders add an extra ½" of width to fit underwear with a gusset wider than 2.5".

Construction and Performance

2 Layer, 100% cotton flannel base topped with gusset panel made with 2 layers of soft and absorbent 100% cotton fleece. Nickel-free, Silver-plated brass single snap fastening.

Pantyliners are suitable for daily discharge, light menstrual flow or as back up for a menstrual cup. Lunapads Pantyliners will last approximately as long (per use) as a comparably-sized disposable pantyliner. However, unlike most disposable pantyliners, Lunapads do not contain any added chemicals, gels, or super absorbent polymers. Given this, Lunapads users need to be mindful of changing their pantyliner as frequently as their flow dictates in order to prevent soaking through.

Lunapads will last upwards of 5 years with recommended usage and care. Many of our customers report they still own some Lunapads from 10 years ago!

Wash and Care

Lunapads can be washed by hand or machine in any temperature with your regular detergent. Pre-soaking or rinsing in cold water prior to washing is recommended (but not always necessary) particularly if the pads are heavily saturated. Do not soak for longer than 24 hours.

We recommend natural cleaning products such as Nellie’s All Natural Laundry Soda for regular cleaning, and Buncha Farmers Stain Remover to perk up stained Lunapads. Heavily stained Lunapads may also benefit from occasional machine wash and dry in hot settings or air drying in direct sunlight.

Please avoid the use of chlorine bleach or fabric softeners to clean Lunapads, as this will decrease the performance of the products and is harmful to the environment.

How to Use

Wrap the Pantyliner around the gusset of your underwear and close the snap to secure in place. The fleece panel should be facing up (towards your body on the inside of the panty), as this is the most absorbent part of the pantyliner. Note that incorrect placement of the Pantyliner may result in result reduced comfort or performance.

Disappointed Review by Amy
I had high hopes for these. I would say they are more of a pad then a liner. Too thick. The only thing going for them is they are soft. But they are too wide. They bulge up and give me a permanent frontal wedgie. Sitting down for a longer period of time actually hurt. (Posted on 6/15/2017)
Wonderful!Review by Ashton
I bought the Teeny liner, the Mini liner and the Thong liner (all organic). The Mini liner was a bit too long for my preference (I am 5'8 130lbs), but the Teeny and Thong were perfect! I don't wear a thong that often, but I am able to wear it with regular underwear which is great. I have washed and dried them all multiple times and none of them shrank like another customer said. Maybe she dried them really really hot or something because I have had no problem and would HIGHLY recommend you get the organic cotton liners/pads because cotton is one of, if not the most, pesticide ridden crops and many of the toxic chemicals used are not removed when washed. It is worth the extra 2 dollars because these liners will last years! These are amazing, comfortable and reduce waste so I will continue to recommend lunapads!! (Posted on 4/29/2017)
Great except they shrunkReview by Adjirose
I bought seven of these and I love them. They are much more comfortable than normal liners/pads and much more eco-friendly. The only thing that I found annoying was that the washing instructions on the label are wrong. It says: "Machine wash hot, do not bleach, dry low." I did exactly that and they shrunk. These definitely need to be washed cold and dried on the delicate cycle, if not hung to dry. (Posted on 4/26/2016)
A fluffy piece of heaven for the lady bits!Review by Dianne
I was skeptical about cloth pads and liners, but the Teeny Pantyliner was a fluffy piece of heaven for my lady bits! Soft, comfortable, and handled more light flow than I ever anticipated. Even when it was ready to be changed, I did not feel damp--and that's amazing. One word of advice--although these covered enough area to prevent staining of underwear, I did have some minor bunching and shifting, which I think a longer liner would have prevented. I have ordered several more for myself and my tween daughter. Her stash of Lunapads has her looking forward to her period, and I'm happy about nothing but organic cotton against our skin. Great quality product, great customer service (I don't recommend the Cabin Fever fabric)Review by Tee
I've finally switched over to the Divacup 6 months ago and use the Teeny pantiliners as backup and for a few days after my period. Love these pads, they're comfortable, wash well and stay well in place in my cotton underwear, even when exercising. I would however advise against the Cabin Fever fabric as it isn't made of the same type of fabric as the other pads (I had ordered a Surprise Me! 7-pad set and had gotten 1 in this fabric) and is much more slippery. Lunapads customer service was excellent in responding to my issues with this fabric, I was very satisfied. I feel great about reducing the amount of waste I was generating during my periods and also feel all around better, no more irritation or feeling like I'm wearing a diaper (I was unable to use tampons, the Divacup has been a lifesaver). I also like that buying these pads helps other women with the One4her program, and that I am supporting a homegrown Canadian company. Very happy camper here! (Posted on 5/1/2015)
Perfect FitReview by Delia
Small enough to wear comfortably. Absorbs well too. I wish I had discovered Lunapads sooner and I hope they come up with some new fabric prints. (Posted on 3/2/2015)
DisappointedReview by Ashlee
So far I have at least two problems with these pantyliners: (1) I find them uncomfortable -- the fabric feels rough while wearing them and the pantyliners are thick enough that it's hard to forget that I'm wearing one, like having a permanent wedgie. (2) The snaps are hard and awkward to close, and the pantyliner doesn't stay in place -- it moves forward or backward. After trying these I think I'll stick to my much more laborious pre-treat and wash routine to get my underwear clean, and I won't be recommending these to anyone. (Posted on 3/1/2015)
loving my lunapads for 3+ years!Review by Katie
About three years ago I decided to try out some reusable pantyliners for a couple of reasons 1) I was making some lifestyle changes to try to be more eco-friendly 2) because of being on the pill I was having very light periods and got tired of having to buy disposable pantyliners every month and barely making use of them. I was literally throwing my money away! Tried a couple of brands and luna pads seemed to be the best option for me. As a petite woman (I'm 5'2, wear size 2 or 4 pants), it's hard to find reusable pad/pantyliner options that don't feel super thick and bunchy. I tried the mini pantyliner and the mini pads as well; they both resulted in about 2-3" of unneeded fabric in the back and front, but the teeny pantyliners have been a perfect fit!! Thank you Lunapads!! (Posted on 3/22/2013)
Day Two and already lovin' it!Review by CutePi314
I decided to switch to cloth pads/pantyliners as an experiment. I've been suffering from discomfort and painful rashes in the ladybits for the past two years, and every cream and drug I've tried has done nothing. I've been allergy tested, dermatologist one knows what's causing it. Day two of using the Lundapads Teeny Pantyliner and I already notice a difference. Usually with disposable Always liners, I have to change them out twice or three times a day because they feel wet and sticky. I went all day with ONE Teeny Liner and I completely forgot it was there! No wetness, no irritation, no adhesive sticking to tender areas, rash has already started clearing. But for the discerning customer, a few cons: I'm quite petite (3/5 pants, 2 dress) and I found the Teeny to be a bit too wide for the gusset of my panties. The snaps are too far apart, so when the whole thing is snapped together, there is some excess fabric that overhangs. Not too much of an issue, but it does contribute to some sliding and some slight bunching/wrinkling. I'm not sure I could use them for a real period (I'll be using for Keeper backup and everyday use) because I think they would bunch up awkwardly and leak. But for everyday discharge and just a clean, soft feeling, you can't beat the Teeny. If you are a regularly-sized lady, you shouldn't have the "overhang" issue I'm having either. I'll be ordering a few more as soon as the next paycheck comes in! (Posted on 7/3/2012)

I use these for everyday wear and as back-up to my Cup. They are superbly comfortable and barely noticeable. They stay in place--in regard to both the fastener and during physical activity. (Posted on 4/30/2012)
Great for a light day.Review by Mere
I purchased the teeny pantyliners as a back up to use with the diva cup. They are so comfortable! The only problem I have is on my heavy days, I definitely need more protection-just in case my diva cup leaks, which it has a few times. My heavy days tend to be really heavy(emptying the cup 3 or more times a day). I just purchased the heavy flow starter kit to cover these days. Overall, I am so pleased with my switch from disposables to lunapads. There is absolutely no reason not to switch, it is much more practical financially, it is much more comfortable, it smells better, and it's better for the environment too. Oh, and my dog is longer sniffing through my bathroom trash to pull out gross used pads. (Posted on 4/27/2012)
These liners are great!Review by Ell
I really like these liners. I use them for the day before and the last few days of my period. They are light and comfortable. My only complaint is that in the lighter colours (like the light blue) they stain quite easily and no matter how much soaking and stain removing I do, I just can't get the stains off. Even so, I'm still happy using them, I think I'll just go for the darker colours in future. (Posted on 3/18/2012)
AwesomeReview by Alice
I love these so much! I had to go to my cousins party so i wore this lunapads pantyliner, i didnt know i was going to be spending the night. Well lets just say, if i was wearing one of my thinner disposable pantyliners i would have probably leaked. I didn't know before the party but i had really heavy discharge and heavy spotting. This pantyliner held up to that! I thank the lord, because i was around kids who were 4 years older then me and i didnt want to ask them for a liner or a pad... I love this product. Super comfy, Feels awesome and can't even tell its there, surprisingly absorbent! My only complaint, if you buy a organic cotton, it'll shrink. So be prepared, but it doesn't shrink a lot. The reg. cotton doesn't shrink at all (or at lest for me.) I recommend you buy this. I'm a 13 year old, normal size, kinda petite and the teeny pantyliner is the perfect size for me! Pleasantly SurprisedReview by My Baby's Green
It has been 2 years since my family and I first started to be more eco-friendly. In between our trials and errors I was also trying to convince others the importance of doing so. I decided to ask around my Facebook page what feminine products did fans recommend and after careful research I decided to try Lunapads teeny and mini pantyliners. First impression was they were so cute, very soft but also very well made. They were slightly thicker than what I thought they would be especially compared to Always pantyliners. After trying the liners on, I did have to get use to the new feeling but that only took me about 5 minutes. I then decided to test them out by wearing one while practicing yoga. I was pleasantly surprised because things went way better than I expected! I am now hooked on these forever and will recommend them to all my friends, family and fans! My next step is to try one or two of the other styles with hopes of the same results. I'm sure I won't be disappointed :) Thanks Lunapads, for such a wonderful and eco-friendly product! Love Love Love My tiny pantylinersReview by Hilary
I bought the organic magenta 7 pack over 2 years ago. I use them as back up to my Diva Cup (I have a ParaGard IUD which causes very heavy periods). I love that when I am away from my house no one even knows I am on my period because there is no waste. These liners are so small and soft I forget they are there. If you just need light coverage these are amazing! (Posted on 8/10/2011)
Discreet, super comfy.Review by Lollie
Great pantyliner! Very comfortable, perfect as a backup with Divacup, discharge, or even after vaginally applied medication as a previous reviewer wrote.
I am super sensitive to "store bought" pads and liners, getting itchy and irritated. I am a big fan of lunapads, and have quite the collection now! I would not dream of returning the the conventional bleached! get your Luna pads now! So soft and comfy! you will not regret this investment. (Posted on 4/27/2011)
Feeling Fresh!Review by Crystal
This may be the oddest testimonial you've received. Anyway, here's my story.

As a result of a vein ablation (minor surgery) in my leg, I was required to wear pantyhose style compression stockings. Post procedure I was told I couldn't take them off for at least 48 hours. What my brain didn't immediately register was that meant I'd be wearing the same underwear for three days straight. Luckily, I use Lunapad pantyliners! Being able to change out a cloth pantyliner a couple times a day made me feel a lot better. It's not the same as clean undies, but pretty close. I know a disposable would not have made me feel nearly as fresh. Thanks for making such a great product!

cute, small protectionReview by Em
I got the organic teeny pantyliner although i have not tried I can say it is very soft and easy to clean. It shrinks and shrivels up a bit after washing an drying but that is no big deal. Also it is thin. Can't wait to try it out. I washed it with Woolite cold care(target brand) (Posted on 2/6/2011)
excellent lightweight product in supercute psychedahlia.Review by colleen
I'm a longtime Lunapads user. When I was twenty-one and got sick of repeat infections and vulvar irritation, I did some research online and decided to switch to cloth reusables. My first pads ever were the blue moon & stars in regular-sized pad with liners and the linerless mini pads. Almost a decade later, I still have these in use (although the snaps are understandably getting a bit loose).

However, I had a need for actual pantyliners. I'm a pretty petite woman (I've got a very small bone frame and wear an XS/size 4 adult or size 12 little girls' panties, for reference) and I live in a very warm, humid climate (central Florida), and I have some health issues requiring very frequent protection. The seven-day teeny pantyliner kit in psychedahlia is perfect for me. I never run out of pads, they're supercute, and I really like that the black fleece doesn't show stains or discoloration. Lightweight, flexible, and short/thin enough even to wear under tight-fitting skinny jeans, these teeny pantyliners are the perfect solution. Before I bought these and couldn't keep up on laundry, I admittedly kept a stash of disposable liners, and my vulva was *angry* with me. Now everyone's happy!

I use these as well as the factory seconds sateen teeny liners, the regular sized maxis with liners, the mini pads without liners, some homemade products that are my version of the linerless mini pads, and, from Gladrags, some envelope-style flannel maxis and super-big overnight maxis.

Recommended for/how I use the teeny pantyliners:
- smaller/petite women who don't need length or want a longer pad showing;
-very light menstrual flow (I have a Mirena IUD now);
-"everyday" wetter discharge or discharge-bearing health issues;
-keeping yourself clean when using vaginally-applied medication;
-pre- and post-sex wetness.

Lunapads How-to Guide

Reusable menstrual products are eco-friendly, money-saving, healthy alternatives to disposable pads and tampons. Lunapads will last well over 5 years with recommended use and care! While individual use may vary, we estimate that a single Lunapad replaces 120 disposable pads or tampons.

A Conversation about The DivaCup

There are lots of reasons to switch from tampons to The DivaCup; convenience, comfort, your health, the environment, financial savings & more. This first episode in our new video series shares the personal accounts of a group of DivaCup users, and explores what motivated each woman to try this innovative menstrual solution.

Why Switch to Lunapads?

Roughly 20 billion pads, tampons and applicators are sent to North American landfills annually. Each menstruating person in North America will throw away an estimated 16,800 disposable pads or tampons in their lifetime; products that require hundreds of years to biodegrade. Imagine the difference we could make if we chose to ditch the disposables.
